The welfare of our employees is important to us, so we offer all insured employees, their spouses and dependents free use of our on-site medical clinic. Non-insured employees, spouses, and dependents will be charged a small co-pay fee. The clinic is part of our company wellness initiative which serves to help our employees maintain good diet and health care habits. The clinic employs two full-time dieticians to assist all employees.

Gym Membership

Mitchell Grocery offers a reimbursement program that assist its employees with gym membership at Wilmore Gym. Wilmore has locations in Albertville, Boaz, Guntersville, Arab, Rainbow City, and Crossville. Employees interested in this benefit will have to meet the requirements below:

  • Must be a full-time employee for at least 6 months.
  • Pay the monthly fee of $25 to Wilmore to use the facility and attend to qualify for the $25 reimbursement.
  • Visit the gym a minimum of 8 times per month.
  • Visits to the gym must be at least 30 minutes to count towards number of visits.
  • Pay one-time initial registration fee of $10.
